* Plant Swap *

The public is encouraged to participate by bringing a plant to exchange. Please bring your plant in a pot and label it. Also, please do not bring an armload of cuttings. We want all plants to get taken and not end up in a compost bin. Bellefontaine Nursery and Bartlett Tree Experts have generously donated native and low water use plants for the event.

* Garden Tour *

Embark on a leisurely stroll through the park accompanied by knowledgeable volunteers during this year’s Garden Tour. Experience South Pasadena’s own superbloom. Kids can follow the Story Path or embark on a Nature Scavenger Hunt. The day will be full of fun activities, all intended to help us as a community learn how to live lightly on the land.

Getting to the Park: The upper entrance is in the 100 block of Pasadena Avenue in South Pasadena, east of the York Boulevard Bridge. Trails lead down to the lower entrance. Street parking is available. The lower entrance is just past the Arroyo Seco Golf Course driving range. Take the paved shared-use path located at the west end of Lohman Lane. Parking is available on Lohman Lane. Or avoid the hassle of parking and take your bike to the park!
